MoDus Architects

Matthew Scagnol and Sandy Attia met in the United States while studying at Harvard University and opened MODUS architects in 2000. MODUS, understood as a measure, is the paradigm that shares the aspiration towards an architecture measured with different needs and circumstances of each project. The study is characterized by a heterogeneous and dynamic approach, born of a synergy of two individuals of different backgrounds and grew up in different cultures. After intense project activities and the award of numerous competitions both public and private, the study is addressing and completing numerous project, also keeping alive in the construction phase, the interest in experimentation and research.
