The OMNO Lunar Space Research Institute was established in Chengdu in 2020. The word OMNO comes from a variant of the Japanese "monoha", and the research content of the institute is to explore the relationship between the origin of matter and the "inter" and "power" of the place. OMNO's research and experiment content covers construction research, image expression, people and scale, materials, light and shadow, etc. It can better explore academic architecture and space, and can be well combined with practice and application. The current social practice of OMNO includes installation construction, spatial renovation of historic buildings, and conceptual architectural design. OMNO is committed to providing architectural and spatial design research that is more in line with current functions and more reasonable on the basis of retaining the original construction framework. It does not emphasize the accumulation of complicated and expensive materials, but achieves a balance between design and business within a limited cost.
