REFORM was founded in Shenzhen in 2018 by Chinese architect Shu Sai. The founder graduated from the Berlage Institute in Netherlands (now affiliated to Delft University of Technology). He has worked in top international architectural design firms for many years. Living practice in the Netherlands and China. REFORM represents a revolutionary spirit: breaking the rules and rebuilding the system.
