Once the limestone turrets at three points of the triangle footprint were removed those points were fully utilized on both floors with a large conference room with 12ft window walls. By reprogramming the front of the building away from parking and adding in an accessible front yard amenity the user experience was improved and precedence was set on the street by offering greenery. A 12 foot feature window carefully placed on the west wall of the second floor ensures the first steps off the elevator are rewarded with natural light and views outside.

The intentional exterior thermo-spruce cladding that wraps the entire building, juxtaposed by the white elevator tower, creates warmth and rhythm, as well as sun screen, and offers an 'other' to the adjacent brick and stone buildings. The material palette is carefully controlled by using thermo-pine, steel, and glass. The subtle texture change of materiality gives enough visual interest to the building creating a uniquely different presence on the street from all other buildings A cantilevered steel awning, operable windows, and rear exterior steel egress stair all featured in black work as the second color element, the third being green from the landscaping carefully placed all along the front of the building.
