535 Mission is the first office tower completed in San Francisco since the 2008 recession and is an architecturally-distinct, 28-story, 350,000 sf, Class A, steel-framed office building in San Francisco’s South of Market area (SoMa). Built using Design-Build methodology, it was constructed along a highly-urban junction on Mission Street and next to the emerging Transbay Transit Center.
