Creating a landmark with intentional site planning: The residential tower's strategic 45-degree plan rotation provides uninterrupted views for all units, optimizing the visual experience for residents. This rotation maximizes views and enhances the retail corridor, creating a strong visual terminus that bookends the Phase 1 Retail development. This careful alignment of the tower ensures that residents and visitors enjoy expansive vistas of the vibrant urban surroundings while fostering a sense of continuity and flow within the development.
The residential tower's placement at the end of the retail corridor serves as a defining landmark, anchoring the entire development.
