The concept of the project sought to meet the desire of the residents to have the main rooms of the apartment integrated, permeable and visually connected. The large living room, with a double bed, articulates the rooms arranged around it (dining room, home theater, master suite and children's playroom). The vertical brises are the elements that allow the controlled visual permeability and the intended integration in the daily use of the residence. The ladder marks a light presence in the living room.
