Commercial Office Space The conventional firehouse, originally built in 1895 serves as an incubator for small tech star-ups. The five story space, houses offices of variable sizes from executive pods, to 4 person private offices, to 16 open offices. These multiple scenarios support a diverse range of star-up teams and allow for flexible groupings as companies come and go.
