Our design reflects these ambitions by avoiding traditional corporate styling and encouraging a relaxed, intimate environment with a variety of furniture and textures. Adaptable breakout spaces are achieved with flexible partitions, curtains and movable furniture. A series of meeting rooms alternate between lounge and formal styles, varying in size from four to fourteen. The largest meeting room is dual aspect and looks out to Carnaby Street through full-width windows. Informal meeting spaces are bordered by sheer curtains to provide visual privacy and acoustic buffering.

The breakfast bar and kitchen are demarcated by timber bi-fold doors which provide flexibility for social events. Bar stools sit beside the main bar with a central dining table placed deeper in the main office. At the outset, our client wanted to introduce a mother's room and multi-faith space, which also helped achieved a WELL accreditation. Rather than being tucked away as a secondary thought, we carefully considered the design of this discreet room as a secure space with high-quality domestic-style furniture that offers a range of comfort.

The room includes personal storage, a fridge and washing area enclosed behind fitted joinery. This space is also adaptable for future uses A dedicated rooftop terrace exists on the sixth-floor featuring eclectic furniture and colours, including built-in seating and lightweight lounges
