An ambitious program, two houses with independent gardens sharing services and entrance, - 200 SqM and 800 SqM each – for the clients ‘parents and a family of 6. Leveraging the sloping street, the smaller house is situated at the lower level, adjacent to the garage which serves as foundation box. The main house´s H scheme generates spaces that flow contiguously allowing every room to open to an exterior space, enjoying views of the city, natural light, and ventilation. The design aligns with our studio´s energy criteria, harvesting and purifying rainwater, treating residues, and solar panel energy generation.
