The Sriracha TOD Development project is located in Chonburi Province, Thailand. A strategic location between several important nodes such as Laem Chabang, Chachoengsao, Pattaya, Utapao and Rayong. Sriracha is well known as the industrial capital of Thailand with over 10 industrial estate and 1300 factories. This project is a new gateway for visitors to arrive in Sriracha city and start their journey around the province. The Sriracha TOD project consists of a mixed-use complex with community mall and office areas. Commuters coming from the Sriracha high-speed train station will have direct access to food & beverage outlets, retail, leisure and convenience stores within 500m. radius from the station. The motifs from Thailand traditional weaving products and handicraft create interesting unique Thai patterns and methods that are used in the architecture to create a story for the building that is unique to this individual site. Visitors will be able to experience the local arts and character in a modern environment.
