Chengdu Tianfu Art Gallery stands out as one of China's recently completed art galleries. Covering an area of 40,000m2, it boasts 13 specialized art exhibition halls dedicated to displaying modern art and works by local artists. Beyond the exhibition spaces, the museum is well-equipped with additional facilities, including art storage rooms, public education rooms, an art shop, and a café. Situated on a peninsula surrounded by water on three sides, the architectural concept features a rectangular exhibition hall box supporting a massive curved overhanging roof, extending up to 30 meters to shield against sunlight and rain, adapting to the local climate.
