Our longtime client upon his move to Los Angeles asked us to collaborate with LivingHomes as Project Design Coordinator and Interior Architect to create his ideal prefab home. The house is comprised of 6 modules on two levels that create the primary living spaces, with a custom built stair volume and garage and guest annex. Based on a design that Ray Kappe FAIA had created for LivingHomes, the midcentury modern inspired design blurs the boundary between exterior and interior spaces while maintaining a strong sense of privacy.
