Circle of Happiness

The old abandoned building that was originally the military Welfare Station was designed by a Military officer architect who was studied at the Department of Architecture of the University of Pennsylvania. Its original appearance was deeply influenced by the master architect Louis Kahn, and it has a slightly post-war modernist architectural style. The volume of the building is outlined by geometric lines, and the minimalist style is outlined. The large façade with arched openings and curved balconies enhances the self-clarity of the building.
