Faced with the challenge of dealing with a large dining space, the basic premise from both operations in the floor plan and section was to obtain a unique space with sufficient articulation to sustain different levels of privacy for the convenience of the users. This articulation was achieved by creating three metal objects and curved geometries of iconic character that mounted on a platform, creating a dialogue in a formal counterpoint way with a folding wooden ceiling. The result is a series of sub-spaces from which the perception of the room varies.
