The school adapts to new spatial configurations for school lunch and daycare with inviting lounge areas, a library and dwell zones in a relaxed atmosphere - these were the requirements for the transformation project at the Montfort Elementary School, which is currently attended by around 230 children. The area directly at the intersection of school entrance and recess yard proved to be the most suitable location to be reconstructed into the necessary type of spaces. They are designed in such a way that the schools lunch and daycare is located to allow for both meeting and retreat.
