FLEX HAUS is a residential / entertainment platform with a 180 degree window over the Mediterranean Sea. The project is hosted on a steep slope and is part of a gated community of residential villas. Mindful of the client’s demand for a programmatic flexibility to host different events of various scales, a flexible grid was developed as the design guideline and engine to enable this request. The grid adapts to different functions such as circulation, landscaping, indoor space, as well as outdoor terraces and various activity spaces.
