The expansive homes – one townhouse, three full-floor loft apartments, and a duplex penthouse – feature ceiling heights of up to fourteen feet with exposed timber beams and cast-iron columns, fireplaces, a keyed elevator and private lobbies on each floor. Natural materials such as wide, white oak hardwood floors, silver travertine countertops, marble, and wood adorn the space, providing a clean, elegant aesthetic, while also allowing the design to withstand the test of time. Accessible outdoor space was a key aspect of the project, with three of the units including private rooftop terraces and the townhouse featuring a courtyard.

This space, carved into the center of the building and accessed via fourteen-foot high glass panels, serves as a focal point, brings light and air inside, and blends the boundaries between inside and out.
