The existing façade of this eighteenth-century Renaissance Castle has been maintained with a minimum of reworking. Keeping only the strong, imperialistic façade-elements, with a reworked interior that is transformed into light-embedded minimalistic spaces. When entering this castle you are welcomed into a vast space with a marvellous view over the nearby lake and the small forest on the grounds. The actual gallery is located on the upper floor. The visitor is led here by a contemporary version of the classical monumental staircase.
