The project is located in the CBD of Hangzhou Qianjiang New Town, directly orientated towards the Qiantang River. We hope to build an urban residence that meets future residential needs and aesthetic trends on this land of great future value. The design extracts the dynamic elements of the "waves" of the Qianjiang tidal water, and gradually derives it into a facade texture unit, standing on the river bank with its own unique temperament, and blending into the rushing history of the Qiantang tidal water.
We started from the detailed considerations and changed the combination of a unique and exquisite stitching unit to wrap the entire building, and put a golden coat on the building skeleton. The three-dimensional golden aluminum plate makes a change on the building surface. Large areas of glass and refined aluminum components constitute a high-quality and highly recognizable building facade that fits with its environmental positioning. Based on living functions, viewing experience, comfort, health, safety of the daily life, the facade form is fully compatible with the functions on the floor plan.
