The project takes "white waves and smooth sand" as the design concept, which symbolizes the efficient and smooth traffic at the port, reflects the unique coastal regional characteristics, and depicts a scene where waves and white sand reflect each other. The first floor is intended to intercept the arcade in Haikou's old street, which has a strong sense of order and changes in light and shadow. Busy and orderly is the bottom logic of the port; Membrane structure figure on The second floor is taken from the beautiful city flower Bougainvillea, which provides shelter from the wind and rain while bringing a touch of white waves to the city.
