Hillside Residence

Hillside House rests above a beautifully landscaped sloping site, enveloped by greenery and commanding Botanic Garden vistas. Its design is predominantly over one level, allowing our clients to live, work and entertain long-term in a place they love. In some ways, the home presents as simple and even modest. A monolithic concrete soffit to the first floor with chamfer cements the form in the landscape and creates the illusion of floating. The expansive terrace cantilevers significantly create a feeling of floating in a forest.
