The implementation of the common floor takes the concept of condensation versus evaporation. The building takes this dichotomy in different facade planes: the open facade and the closed one; the controled and the free facade. The apartment that molds to life. A demanding client. Only basic rules are established allowing to free the glass lines. The opening to the landscape is based on a diffuse form of slides, enabling each floor, each room and each corner to be different. The opposition to this ethereal facade is a mass which aggregates the most fixed program services, the vertical access and technical areas, basically all the contained and controlled areas. The plant base scheme is a longitudinal division into four groups: service spaces, technical and lift spaces, public and private spaces of the apartment and balcony in continuity on the blade and with unobstructed panoramic views over the landscape.
