There are more than ten one-floor red brick buildings and two semi underground buildings for air defense. The total construction area is about 33,000 square feet, and the site is gradually elevated from northwest to southeast. The renovation maintains the original terrace, continues the contour, height, and main structural system of the original buildings, and replaces and updates the dilapidated brick walls and roofs. The updated buildings still use red bricks as the main material, while using various masonry methods to create a richer texture of the building surface and changes in light and shadow under the sun.

Simultaneously incorporating steel structures and large glass surfaces, the guest rooms get excellent lighting and landscape views.

Two air defense semi basement buildings with larger outlines have been transformed into large multifunctional spaces, with a column-free space composed of steel and glass structures built inward and upward within the underground building range, and covered with folded sloping roofs to form a good conversation with the surrounding natural environment and red brick buildings.

The unchanged relationship between the height of the site, the preservation of the architectural outline and height, the preservation of large trees in the site, and the continuation of the main red brick materials enable the restoration and continuation of the original overall artistic conception of the site.
