The conceptual design for Lakeside Residential Towers is a luxury two-tower residential complex that responds to the site’s constraints as opportunities rather than obstacles. Units are carved out of slopping areas of glass, giving each unit a unique character that has exceptional views toward the lake, river, or surrounding city, while minimizing views into adjacent buildings. The shaping of the tower massing at the lower and higher levels also enhances wind performance, providing significant structural savings.
