The architectural plane is horizontally extended and naturally transitioned, providing a longer contact surface with nature; the section is based on the traditional double-slope roof, generating a sense of stability in the building. The ridge of the roof gently rises from the center in three directions, establishing the recognizability of the architecture. How do opposing languages in a two-dimensional plane achieve unity in a three-dimensional space? By discussing the dialectical relationship between "opposition" and "unity", the design hopes to generate a fluid, stable and minimalist formal aesthetic of the building.
Architecture, landscape and interior are integrated into each other. The circulation of the landscape and the linear movement of the interior are carefully arranged to create a constantly changing walking experience. The building adopts a portal-type steel frame structure system to create an open space without columns in the interior, and directly present the order and tension of architecture. The new type of steel-bamboo composite structure can be prefabricated in the factory, constructed quickly, shorten the construction period, and reduce the impact on the environment.
The recombined bamboo material is taken from nature, which is environmentally friendly. It has the high strength performance required by the structure, and directly serves as a facade material, presenting the true beauty of natural materials.
