Nestled into a promontory overlooking the valley in Sonoma County is Madrone Ridge. The design, inspired by its natural surroundings, caters to a young family with a strong connection to the site. Designed with rigorous attention to detail, the residence consists of three pavilions interconnected by breezeways which interlink three copper clad volumes that interlock with the landscape. The copper cladding, was initially chosen for its resilience, low maintenance, and visual relationship to the surrounding Madrone trees.
