The Courier Station is located in the Wenjiang District, adjacent to the greenway, where the natural landscape and Linpan attract lots of tourists. Being part of the rural revitalization project, the courier station aims to provide a resting place for tourists, as well as a public social area for the local residents. The design abstracts the form of a traditional Sichuan veranda and reinterprets it with contemporary aesthetics. It is defined as an iconic building and a multi-functional communal space to explore flexibility and diversification of architectural space combination.
