The façade features an elegant striped pattern of vertical fins, which provide sunshade as well as vertical interest. Those fins intersect with white slab cap covers to minimize the thick horizontal lines that can be one of the aesthetic liabilities of modular when the boxes are stacked. They also mask the joint from module to module, allowing for unfettered architectural expression. The interior features stepped custom millwork echo the façade design, while custom furnishings provide opportunity to personalize the spaces based on the needs of the clients.

Voice-activated floor-to-ceiling windows expand upon the customized feeling that permeates these spaces. The resulting research has allowed for an opportunity to rethink a decentralized supply chain model, creating custom software platforms to improve QA/QC, reinventing the structural cage, the way modules connect, the facade systems, and even the fire strategy, but while still designing beautiful, functional, and inviting spaces.
