The architecural expression of the school complex is the result of different constructive phases. It involves sets of crossbars, frameworks, facades, structuring of the terrains, spaces and fillings, as well as other noble materials. The expression deals with the modernity of the project within the continuity of equipements found in the city, made with long lasting soft materials. The prefabricated concrete is a strong urban component that shapes the stand and the wood seeing as a soft and warm summit.
The will to reduce the consumption of materials let us to structure the project in a clear understanding of its uses and functions with soft rhythms and diverse profiles that breathe through the matter. This is all completed by successive paintings that serve to stage the landscape. Situated in the east-west axis, and almost in the middle of the lot. The restaurant and the leisure center close the squares with the pre-school situated in the north on a ground leveled building. It is punctuated with soft lookouts in larch wooden vine arbors.
It provides the requested heights of the various programs, all the while being generated from the build mass patios that are served externally by a fibrous concrete and shaded seclusion; a hidden garden if you will.
