The curved roof was a technical challenge for the team. Its resolution distinguishes the building with a distinctive exterior form and unique vaulted workspaces at the summit of the building. The south facade, facing the Seine, is entirely glazed providing an important source of natural light that is controlled through a series of staggered green terraces, as well as sunscreens and photovoltaic panels. These panels protect the façade, while also providing electrical production for the building’s consumption.

The sunlight catches the interior wood finishes and casts a natural glow. Each office floor is punctuated by a variety of outdoor spaces, terraces, and loggias. The H-shaped geometry guarantees direct access to natural light for all workspaces, and provides a flexible floorplan, capable of being occupied by multiple users.
