This project is an industrial factory park with offices and production workshop, aiming to create a working complex which meets the needs of industrial production and has a modern office atmosphere through innovative design concepts. The project consists of two main buildings, the office building and the production workshop. The office building adopts a unique stacked structure design, forming a number of terraces facing the urban interface, which not only provide resting and viewing places for the employees, but also enhance the interaction and connection between the building and the urban space, while the elevation further strengthens the sense of stacking of the volume through the rich and varied horizontal lines.
In the center of the building volume set a spacious and bright inner atrium, enhancing the ventilation and lighting effect of the building as well as providing an open space for employees to communicate, which helps to improve the efficiency of teamwork. The production workshop faces the urban interface with a large volume full of texture. The elevation design continues the intention of horizontal texture of the office building, pursuing a simple and concise appearance. Meanwhile, by means of varying the height of the windows and staggering the horizontal decorative panels, a rich façade effect has been created, which not only enhances the aesthetics of the production workshop, but also reflects the enterprise’s pursuit of the quality of the production environment.
In conclusion, this project has achieved a perfect combination of functionality and aesthetics through the unique stacked structure with an inner atrium as well as the concise but distinctive façade design.
