Noma 2.0 takes visitors on an odyssey through a variety of Nordic materials and building techniques. Every hut within the village is constructed with the finest materials best suited for its function: the giant walk-in barbecue hut features cast iron; the kitchen is designed like a panopticon with an oversized hood hovering over the chefs; and the lounge looks and feels like a giant, cozy fireplace made entirely of brick. The new gourmet village sits in the middle of an urban farm where many of the ingredients are grown and bred.

In-between the individual buildings are spaces enclosed with glass, allowing guests and the Noma team to roam in constant connection with nature and the changing seasons.
