Rising tall in Downtown Brooklyn, Olympia offers expansive and breathtaking views of the harbor and the lower Manhattan skyline from the highest crescent in the neighborhood. On the exterior, each section of the building steps and curves as it rises, directing the terraces on each level towards the panoramic views of Manhattan and the waterfront, capturing the beauty of the cityscape and landscape around it. The geometry of the tower is derived from lofting and chiseling, articulating a curve in elevation.

The structure's striking form draws inspiration from its waterfront location, featuring a rhythm of recurring parallel lines that emphasize its dynamic shape and rich texture. The 401-foot-tall building comprises 76 exceptional residences in one- to five-plus-bedroom layouts. Workstead conceived interior design that uniquely references the story of New York Harbor with a subdued, organic palette, reinterpreting Hill West’s facade throughout the interiors. Playing off of the geometry of the building’s exterior, Workstead carved away at interior forms and used the nautical themes of the exterior to the inside.

Through the articulation of architecture and the tower’s prominent location, Olympia Dumbo captures the beauty of its surrounding landscape and cityscape.
