The surfaces are exposed, seeking a pure, honest and locally expressive representation of the material, encouraging its mimesis with the context. In addition to this concept, the pool serves as a natural container for the rocky landscape, creating a transition between the building and its surroundings.

Internally, the spaces manifest the structural honesty of the project through exposed finishes and installations. They are open spaces with as few divisions as possible, ensuring adequate ventilation and lighting, as well as visual continuity towards the sea from all areas of the apartment.
