The building facade consists of three main layers. The most in the world is located on the ground floor, where transparency is emphasized. Above the transparent floor, there is a three-storey mass covered with 5-millimeter travertine. There are green terraces on the travertine floors. Bronze aluminum covers for the vertical dimensions of the building on the top floor. Lighting elements integrated into these covers emphasize the vertical effect by providing illumination outside working hours. The cassette type panel system facade of the building is used with weight-lightened travertine.

This facade consists of 93 different types and approximately 3,474 panels. Palas Campus, the largest office building in Romania, has achieved LEED Platinum and EDGE certifications. Its high performance is supported by energy efficiency, low carbon emissions, water conservation, and the use of sustainable materials. The building is equipped with over 1,200 photovoltaic panels, 4,500 sqm of green space, 200+ trees, 7,000 bushes, 500 bicycle parking spaces, and 16 electric car charging stations. More than 5,000 people work here, including Amazon’s largest office in Europe, along with 13 other international companies like Microsoft, AMD, and Visma.
