Additionally, a garage above the subway station provides convenient parking for visitors and future residents.

The gentle 5% slope above the underground garage resolves the elevation difference, enhancing the site's diversity and interest. As Qingdao's first TOD living community, the subway's convenience offers multiple homecoming routes. This design enhances residents' travel convenience and reduces their reliance on private transport to minimize energy consumption and carbon emissions. The building materials include pure glass curtain walls and warm spruce wood framework, combined with timber show windows.

The wooden structure exudes warmth, while the glass curtain wall adds a modern and transparent touch. The triangular-patterned ceiling structure gives a new interpretation of the traditional sloped roof, offering visual richness and structural stability. The claw-shaped structural column caps further optimize the wooden structure's load bearing performance.
