Daoust Lestage Lizotte Stecker introduces its recently concluded third phase of Promenade Samuel-de Champlain, a project converting 2.5-kilometers of a previously desolate expanse of highways and rail corridors along the St. Lawrence River into an ideal canvas for a significant recreational and cultural project. Completed fifteen years after the inaugural phase, Phase III offers a continuation of the same design language, while evolving to provide distinct and enhanced visitor amenities. The area was once an insurmountable barrier for the inhabitants of the city.
