The building rises from the hillside as two intersecting volumes housing a restaurant and café, while production lies hidden underground. From the parking path, visitors are offered sweeping views, before entering through a discreet slope-side entrance. A skylit corridor leads into guest areas where narrowing interiors guide the gaze outward, culminating in an open terrace facing the vast, elemental landscape. Beneath the lenses lie the circular fermentation halls, where slender clusters of steel columns rise from the center, supporting the hovering forms above.

Stainless steel fermentation tanks are arranged in concentric circles, and sunlight filtering beneath the curved structures lends the space an almost sacred atmosphere. Production zones—pressing, bottling, labeling—are arranged in a precise, linear sequence connected by an underground tunnel.
