The area consists of three main spaces: the Theater Square, Uspenska street and small piazza behind theater building. In total 8110 m². The main axes of square is towards old town square. The axes is highlighted with a few urban elements. As a reminder of the former Little Jewish Street, which existed until the 1970's and demolished due to building of new theater, a Corten "memorial strip" in paving is formed on the location of former facades. At the end of the route of strip, information pillar is designed, which creates focal point of square.

Around ending of memorial strip and pillar, the small fountain, seating area and greenery are formed. Functional and decorative lightning are designed in a way to create intimate atmosphere on square and surrounding spaces. On Uspenska Street, bus niches and new canopies at the stops have been designed. The small walls around green areas of the theater are transformed into a continuous bench, while a two-way bicycle path with built-in floor lighting is formed along the sidewalk. Custom-made modern urban furniture is designed: continuous benches and benches with jardinieres, garbage cans, bicycle holders, poles to prevent the passage of vehicles, as well as public drinking fountains.

In one part, the benches merge with the existing green areas and thus contribute to connecting the space into a single whole.
