Reversible Destiny Healing Fun House – Palm Springs takes shape out of four rotations (0°, 60°, 180°, 240°) of a space capsule -like module. Linked pairs of this module—half rhombic-triacontahedron, half sphere—symmetrically close in the main area, a 46-ft rolling plain sporting a hilly play area and a cave containing a fully-equipped kitchen. This set of variously oriented modular rooms provides researchers intent on determining the environment’s contribution to embodied life with an important research tool, an array of nearly identical enclosures, whose differences and similarities are well-articulated and therefore clearly discernible.RDHFH’s extremely accommodating bright yellow free-form porch that surrounds the set of rooms has been engineered to respond to those afoot upon it, hydraulically lending sympathetic support to animate players, ‘attentive’ to their every move.
