S-Oasis aims to connect people in the area, including office workers and local residents, with the surrounding natural environment. The rooftop garden serves as the project’s centerpiece, transforming a concrete roof into garden meeting rooms under the concept of Collaborative Greeneries. This design features fins that extend from the building's facade, seamlessly connecting to seating areas around the meeting spaces, encouraging users to step outside and breathe fresh air after intense meetings. The garden is designed to be flexible, interactive, and ecological, stimulating meaningful connections between people and nature.

We prioritize reusing existing stone materials from the site to develop unique paving patterns. These materials enhance the aesthetic appeal and ensure that they meet solar reflectance standards, helping to effectively reduce heat. The planting palette consists of moderate-water to drought-tolerant plants, ensuring low maintenance and water conservation. Selected trees feature slender trunks that are not too tall for safety reasons, providing an engaging visual presence. S-Oasis has achieved LEED Gold Version 4 certification, showcasing our commitment to the highest environmental standards.

This project promotes health and wellness while reducing energy consumption, aligning with the vision of Sustainable Diversity. By revitalizing the urban landscape, S-Oasis exemplifies how thoughtful landscape architecture can enhance community well-being and environmental stewardship.
