Shafagh Tomb

A fundamental aspect of human nature is the inclination to safeguard memories of bygone eras. This inclination manifests in the construction of monuments and tombs, as seen in Iran. With a longstanding tradition of religious tombs deeply rooted in our cultural consciousness, these structures adopt a recognizable form. Through study, it became evident that domes, inscriptions, and geometric patterns constitute pivotal elements of such architecture, owing to their recurrent presence. Consequently, the design of the Shafaqh tomb sought to uphold the familiar characteristics of Iranian religious tombs while also infusing a contemporary essence
