The staircase/elevator leads to a large open space on the second floor, resembling the germination process of a seed - struggling upward and ultimately transforming into a vibrant presence. This growing power is embodied in the"Growing Area". Passing through this area comes to the open and bright display area. The design team kept the industrial architectural features of the old factory site and used colonnades and arch elements in the 6-meter-high space to provide strong support. As people step out of the elevator onto the second floor, they encounter nearly 1,000 square meters of floor-to-ceiling glass windows with no obstructions on three sides, allowing stunning light and unparalleled views.

Sunlight becomes a timeless element, enveloping the entire space from outside to inside. The floor is made of green stone while the wall uses beige stone. These two are transitioned by rectangles with partially staggered heights, reminiscing the scene that the white and gray plaster peels off the walls of old buildings, revealing a solid stone structure underneath. From there, plants gradually growing out of the ground. Over time, green grass covers the walls and colonnades, forming new structures. This "material of time" is once again interpreted as an element of modern life, transformed into seats, tea tables, counter-tops, and eventually embellishments on the table.

The staircase not only connects the upper and lower floors, but also serves as a node for an open view. Concealing the stair structure behind the electronic screen brings out a continuous visual effect, and it surprises people as they walk through it. Stacked rectangular green stones construct the seating area, imparting a unique sense of solidity in this large space. Carpets and furniture feature orange-red Kapok elements originally from the factory. As sunlight filters through the transparent curtain wall and penetrates into the space, the material reflects the sky or sunlight, casting vibrant color lumps and fostering a cozy, textured space experience.
