TELUS Garden Office Tower

The TELUS Garden development radically transformed an aging block of downtown Vancouver into a future friendly community that fuses beauty, functionality and environmental stewardship. TELUS Garden's 22-storey, 450,000-square-foot office tower at the southwest corner of West Georgia and Richards streets is an expansion of the telecommunications giant's existing headquarters on the city block into one of the most technologically and environmentally-advanced sites of commerce, employment, and living in the world. The signature office tower is the first building in Canada to target the 2009 Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Platinum standard with features like the pavilion rainwater capture, district energy and solar panel systems. The landmark development reinforces TELUS's commitment to Vancouver and contributes significantly to the city's goal of becoming the greenest city in the world. TELUS Garden is also quickly garnering a reputation as a hub for innovation, business and social activity in the city core.
