the white Renovation

A seventies office building next door to a bank with office use was purchased by a holding company for renovation. It was not possible to retrofit the structure due to legal issues, but lightening the building was put on the agenda as the only possible solution, which led to removing the blocks from the ceilings and reducing the thickness of the flooring, and moving the main facade. And also we succeeded To prevent producing 90% of construction waste from the building’s structure. Considering the view from the inside, it is pointless to provide an open facade because the conditions outside are disappointing and every moment the building becomes more closed with the surrounding density, therefore a second perforated aluminum skin facade is employed, which is also a part of the interior design and it reducing the air conditioning load, eliminates the need for curtains, and cleaning the glasses and maintaining windows was intended.
