This project includes the construction of a bandstand and an underground parking lot. By closing the stage door the space transforms into a multifunctional indoor event center. Furthermore, the project includes the redesign of the village square, including the revision of all transport processes in place. The lower floors house the club rooms of the local band, including a rehearsal hall, creating a perfect synergy with the music stage. Despite the comprehensive uses of the space many of the functions are underground, this ensures that the listed building facades along the southern and eastern borders of the village square are not affected.
