Year

Status
Built
Location
China, China

The completion and opening of Shantou Bay Tunnel break the spatial barrier of the inner bay and connect the important cultural and tourist attractions located on the north and south coasts. The wind towers on the north and south sides of the tunnel face each other across the sea, of which the wind tower on the south bank features a construction area of 248m² and a building height of 64.3m, while the wind tower on the north bank has a construction area of 297.5m ² and a building height of 64.0m. Due to the consideration of the landscape strategy of traffic facilities, one tower looks strong and one tower looks soft, while one tower looks quiet and the other tower looks smart, enhancing each other's beauty.
