The new ‘college du Verney’ in Puidoux (Switzerland) is situated on a site already partially occupied by a school whose capacity had to be increased. The sound structure of the existing building, its stability, the good condition of the concrete and the quality of the volumes built are the arguments that lead the archtects to consider it as a point of attachment in the development of the project. lt houses today the new program of the centre of child life, the swimming pool, the library, and two special classes.
