VILLA MIAMI is a unique boutique, high-end project designed to impact the Miami skyline significantly. The project's program requirements included designing a tower that resonates with luxury and exclusivity, reminiscent of Italian Villas along Lake Como. Delving into Edgewater's surrounding context and interplay of light with the bay, our team envisioned a sculpted gem within an exoskeleton similar to a diamond cradled by ring prongs, elevating the tower's overall design language. This vision for the project also drew heavily from Italian architecture, exemplifying the pinnacle of fashion, jewelry, and luxury design.
